VARIATION 2 TO PLAN CHANGE 1

Public Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Clause 7 of the First Schedule of the Resource
Management Act 1991 that Northland Regional Council has prepared a summary of all decisions
requested by persons making submissions on Variation 2 to Plan Change 1 (Moorings and
Marinas) to the Regional Coastal Plan for Northland.
Inspection and availability of documents
The summary of the decisions requested and copies of the submissions are available from 25
September 2012 as follows:
• For viewing online at www.nrc.govt.nz/haveyoursay;
• For viewing at Northland Regional Council offices at: 36 Water Street, Wha
61B Victoria Street, Dargaville; Unit 10, Opua Marine Park, Opua; and 192 Commerce
• For viewing at all public libraries in Northland; and
• A paper copy is available free of charge from the Northland Regional Council's
Making a Further Submission
Certain persons can make a further submission:
• Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest;
• Any person that has an interest in the proposed variation greater than the interest the
general public has;
• The local authority itself.
Further submissions must be in the format in Form 6 of the Resource Management (Forms,
Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003. Further submission forms that follow this format
are available from the above-mentioned Northland Regional Council offices or online at
www.nrc.govt.nz/haveyoursay, or from the Northland Regional Council's Planning and
Policy department (0800 002 004 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
Submissions can be delivered to any Northland Regional Council office, emailed to

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all advertising
in this publication unless we have agreed
other terms in writing with the advertiser

on your express warranty, the truth of

otherwise infringes any intellectual or
industrial property rights; (iv) breaches any
provision of any statute, regulation, by-law
or other rule of law; and
b. That the advertisement complies in
every way with the Advertising Codes
of Practice issued by the Advertising
Standards Authority and with all other
standards relating to advertising in New

used by you for advertising your usual
business and may not be transferred by
you to another person.
7. The guarantees contained in the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are
excluded where you acquire goods or
