I dont know about you but 2012 just seemed to slip
through my fngers like grains of sand. In that year
I have managed to help change so many lives.
We all have the power within us to create change,
sometimes we just need a little help.
Here are just a few testimonials to get you thinking.
I knew my stress levels were high but I didnt
realize how high until I ended up in hospital.
It was there I heard about Trish from a nurse.
After my frst visit I knew I was fnally getting my
stress under control. What a wonderful change
I havent looked back since. Thank you Trish.
E. SCOTT - AUCKLAND.
What a treat to have someone not only listen to me
but to hear what I was saying. Trish has helped me in
so many areas of my life. What a gift you have Trish.
My Doctor recommended I see Trish Miru. I
must admit I was really skeptical. It took me six
months before I fnally made an appointment.
Its now two years later and I feel great.
J SMITH WHANGAREI
We were visiting from Queensland when I told
Trish about the phantom pains from my amputated
lower left leg. These pains ranged from spasmodic
tremors to sharp stabbing pains through my ex
foot. Trish offered to treat me and being a believer
in the infnite power of the human mind I was
interested. My main memory of the treatment is
the depth of relaxation experienced through several
distinct layers of consciousness. Last month a
year later- my wife mentioned that I had no pain
since Trishs treatment. You know what? Thats the
frst time it has entered my mind since treatment.
Is that complete or what? I write this as a
testament and confrmation of Trishs gift.

Start day with food boost
do have it better
according to the Health
Promotion Agency which
offers this advice on
getting children into the
habit of eating
breakfast every day
Are you dreading the before-
school routine of getting the fam-
ily organised and out the door?
Mornings can be chaotic and it's
hard getting kids back into the
morning routine after summer
holidays, late nights and sleeping
in.It might be tempting to save
time and skip breakfast but eat-
ing breakfast kick-starts the body
and fuels the brain. Breakfast is
especially important for children
because they burn up energy
quickly and after a night of sleep-
ing, their energy stores need to be
topped up quick smart.
Another bonus is that kids who
eat breakfast are more alert, less
grumpy and have better concen-
tration and memory. Studies have
shown that eating breakfast can
help kids do better at school.
Breakfast doesn't have to be
hard work. Instead, it can be the
easiest and cheapest meal of the
day. Here are some quick, low-cost
breakfast ideas that will give your
kids a real head-start:
Wheat biscuits and milk -- costs
less than 50 cents a serving.
Porridge with chopped apple.
Peanut butter and banana on
Glass of milk and banana.
Leftover pasta with grated
cheese and tomato sauce.
If your children run out of time
to sit at the table to eat their
breakfast, try these other simple
speedy ideas which can be eaten
on the way to school:
Banana roll-up -- banana wrap-
ped in bread spread with peanut
Cheese and Marmite/Vegemite
Toast sandwich -- turn toast into
a crunchy sandwich for an on-the-
Leftover roast potato or kumara.
If you are struggling to get your
children to eat breakfast, lead the
way by having breakfast too.
In the weekends, you could kick
things up a notch with poached
eggs or baked beans on toast.
So this year, make a real differ-
ence to your children's day and
help improve their performance at
school -- simply by fuelling them
with breakfast every day.
